1. Does the I/F support master and slave mode?
2. Is the frame mode supports short frames and long frames?
3. Is the synchronization clock suppot 2.048MHz?
4. Is the codec support μ-law and A-law?

Hi,
You can refer to the datasheet CYBT-343026-01 See EZ-BT ™ WICED® Module.pdf.
https://japan.cypress.com/documentation/datasheets/cybt-343026-01-ez-bt-wiced-module
Page 21 has the following description.
--------
PCM Interface
...The PCM Interface on the CYBT-343026-01 can connect to linear PCM codec devices in master or slave mode.
--------
CODEC is linear PCM.
--------
Slot Mapping
...The number of slots is dependent on the selected interface rate (128 kHz, 512 kHz, or 1024 kHz).
--------
The bit clock at the time of PCM Master is as described above. During Slave, it follows the Master clock.
(However, as a PCM peripheral, it supports up to 12Mhz. See PCM bit clock frequency on Page 33-Page 37).
--------
Frame Synchronization
The CYBT-343026-01 supports both short- and long-frame synchronization in both master and slave modes.
--------
Frame Sync supports both short and long. For details, see Page 33 to Page 37.
Best regards,
