Hii Sayali,
Thank you for reaching us out. As a response for the question asked, I would like to highlight few points.
1.) The minimum operating and storage temperature hall based latch type sensor is -40 C, there are no detailed test which suggest the behaviour and the performance of the sensors below -40 C.
2.) Basically, once taken below this temperature, nothing can be commented whether the sensor would work even after going to temperatures greater than -40 C. Therefore, there is no guarantee that sensor would work. It may or may not work.
Hope this clarifies.
Thanks and Regards,
Adithya

Hi Sayali,
Thank you for your patience.
All the automotive hall sensors are defined for the junction temperature of Tj = -40°C up to 195°C. For transportation and storage purposes, it can be brought down to -55°C for 2000 cycles. This is only for storage, NOT for Operation.
Thanks and regards,
Adithya
