I am looking for a datasheet on the CYM9192PN-25C 72 pin SRAM SIMM. Each module has eight CY7C192-25VC 64K x 4 SRAM chips. They were manufactured in 1998. I have 200 I would like to use to produce some memory boards for obsolete HP PC's. It's a hobby project, I will settle for a datasheet for a similar SIMM to simplify reverse engineering the pin out. Thanks.

Hello,
The customer is considering reducing the power consumption of equipment that is in standby mode for a long period of time.
The power supply to Sync SRAM cannot be stopped because it is shared with other devices.
Therefore, I'm thinking of stopping the clock signal from FPGA to SRAM to reduce power consumption.
1) What is the current consumption of SRAM in Standby: Clock stopped?
2) This SRAM has DOFF# (PLL turn off).
Is it possible to reduce power consumption by setting this pin to High as well?
What is the current consumption with Clock stopped and PLL turned off?

Show LessI use eprom flash memory CAT24C64 with I2C channel for CY8C4146AZI-S423 chip, PSoC Creator 4.4. I made a short test project, it works well, but if I run this project in debug mode even without breakpoints, the MemoryWrite and MemoryRead APIs return DEVICE_BUSY instead of SUCCESS. For this reason, I cannot debug a more complex project where I use this flash. I tried to set CyDelay with different times after these APIs, useless for debug mode, but once this project is programmed it works well with CyDelay(10). Maybe I'm missing something?
Show LessI am looking for documentation on the CY7C024BVF-15AXI, but cannot find any documentation on what "BVF" indicates in the part number.
I can find documentation on the CY7C024AV-15AXI, and CY7C024BV-15AXI, but nothing on the CY024BVF-15AXI.
There is however a note on page one of the CY7C024AV datasheet Rev J (#38-06052 Rev *J) that "AV" parts are functionally equivalent to "BV" parts, but no mention of "BVF".
Thank you for your help.
I saw another discussion on this that had the same exact problem I have, but I was unable to respond. I also didn't see a solution. I am using the Chip CY7C4122KV13. When Writing to the ibis model it is really noisy as if There is no termination. Reading from the model is ok. I am using Hyperlynx. The traces are 50 ohms. I have tried other similar memory models like DDR 3 and it simulates fine. When sending data from my FPGA controller model to the QDRIV memory model it is really noisy.
Is there another model for reading and writing. Is there an error in the Ibis model, or am I missing something?
Show LessHello everyone!
I'm looking to program the CY7C287. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?
Thank you for any help you can give!
Show LessCY7C024AV is a FIFO. What is the response time versus temperature performance? Specifically, will the device be slower at lower temperatures?
We have been a user of F-RAM part FM25V02A for about 8 years. We recently have had instances where some of the data locations appear to getting cleared.
We are looking at the system electrical and software behavior but I wanted to reach out to see if there are any known production issues with this part in the recent past that could help explain our issue.

Our needs are very urgent!
Thank you
We are using S40410081B1B2W00 in our board.
The voltage is supplied 3.3V. But in software we are unable to detect the EMMC - S40410081B1B2W00 .
We have checked the voltage rail, looks fine.
The RESET pin also High. Please support us in debugging.
