Hi,

We do not see CYRS1069G30 as  a valid part number (Can you share the datasheet you have for this part). We think the part number can be CYRS1061G30 which comes in 54 pin TSOP II package. You can refer to the below KBA for the land pattern to be used in PCB designing.
