Hello,
About CYD18S18V18-167BBAXI
http://japan.cypress.com/part/cyd18s18v18-167bbaxi
If I want to set I/O standard to 2.5V LVCMOS,
I have to use below setting (Table 1. Port Standard Selection)
- PORTSTD1 set VSS
- PORTSTD0 set VTTL
What voltage does it set VTTL?
and How to estimate these current consumption value of VDDIOL/R、VDDCORE、VTTL?

Hi,
If you select 2.5V LVCMOS I/O standard for your I/O pins, you need to connect PORTSTD[0:1] pins to the 3.3 V supply.
Here VTTL stands for the 3.3 V LVTTL supply itself.
Please review the KBA86937 about Selectable I/O Standards in Full Flex Devices for details.
Also, you can find this information in our FullFlex Dual-Port SRAMs Design Guide (section 2.1).

Regarding current consumption value, I need to check this and get back to you once confirmed.
Thanks,
Nada

Hi,
Sorry for the delayed.
For VDDCORE, the current consumption is the Icc value given in the datasheet.
For other remaining voltage source, we could not confirm the values for now.
We will look into it and update you if we can provide you the value.
Thanks,
Nada
