Hi all :
How to active Load guard BTG7050-1EPL CLS (Capacitive Load switch) Mode ?
Looking for potential alternatives for BTS244/282 ZE3062AATMA2. Infineon has phased these out with no potential alternatives indicated.
My specifications are
- Analog driving
- Low forward transconductance
- Total gate charge ( LTC output should be able to handle the amount of discharge current)
- Gate threshold voltages wrt to the source resistors for the parallel mosfet configurations.
In the datasheet for the PROFET BTS6143D power switch, the absolute maximum sense current is +15, -120 mA. Does the negative value refer to use in the reverse voltage mode? I just want to confirm that for normal use with a forward voltage, the sense current would never be less than 0 A
Thank you.

Hi, I am rebuilding quite an old project in which the BTS 650P N-MOSFET was used. Since it is not being produced anymore I need a modern Version of it.
If you know a modern alternative. I would appreciate sharing it with me.
The Data sheet of the BTS 650P used is attached.
Show LessDear Sir,
our design condition: Vin 9V~18V for 8A load
BTT6200-1ENA datasheet mentioned the Nominal load current I L(NOM) 1.5 A.
does it mean it suggests operation output current 1.5A?
since I saw the load current limit is 9A(min), can it operate in an 8A load?
if BTT6200-1ENA can't be used in 8A load, BTT6010-1ERA I L(NOM) is 9A and I load current limit 90A(min) , the load current limit is too big. does it make sense for this design? thanks.

Hi all, I currently use BTS441RG for driving the positive side of the coil of my Gigavac GV241MAB contactors. I have has many of these fail and I suspect that it is because they can not handle the transient from opening/closing the contactor.
Would the BTS6163D be abke to handle the 60v transient? Gigavac have said that I can't add a TVS as it impacts the opening of the contactor.
Thank you!

Hi,
First thank you in advance. I am interested in using the BTS500101TADATMA2 Power Switch in my power distribution application. It has a low Rds and seems to operate at 12V. The minimum nominal load current stated in the datasheet is 40A. I will be using this device at 12A or so. I can't find anything specific in the datasheet to tell me what the performance implications are. There is a Rds vs Tj plot with increasing current that starts at 20A which hints at maybe its not meant to operate at the current I need?
Please advise.
