Suggest a power switch details below,

High-Side Switch:

Voltage Range : 0V to 16V DC

Load Current : 0.5A, 2A, 5A and 12A 

PWM Switching Frequency : Up 100KHz

Low-Side Switch:

Voltage Range : 0V to 16V DC

Load Current : 0.5A, 

PWM Switching Frequency : Up 100KHz

Please suggest me a Low-Side and High-Side PWM based switch.

Hello,

We have many products matching with voltage and current as you need. But PWM switching frequency criteria does not successfully match with every product. 
As you have not mentioned the channels and Rds(on) required, I have prepared a table of our products category with their respective limits.

Sr.No.	Product Category	Min-Max Supply Voltage	ILOAD(Nominal)	PWM frequency
	High-Side Switch
1.	PROFET+12 V	-0.3V - 28V	0.5A - 10 A	Upto 200Hz
2.	PROFET+2 12 V	-0.3V – 28V	Upto 31.3 A	<20kHz
	Low-Side Switch
1.	HITFET+12V	Vds upto 42V	Upto 5 A	<=50kHz

PWM criteria of 100kHz cannot be fulfilled. If it is okay go for lower PWM frequency then please have a look at products mentioned above.

If you still need a particular part number recommendation, let me know the number of channels, Rds(on) limit(low/high/any).Also,if there is a specific product package requirement.
