Hi,

I am looking for Single-Channel Smart High-Side Power Switch similar to TPS1H100AQPWPRQ1 which I am using in some of the project.
Would you please suggest some of the alternate parts? Your early intervention in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Hello Kapil,

While going through datasheet of TPS1H100AQPWPRQ1 ,I found that it has programmable current limit.
Are you looking the device with this specific feature? 

If yes, presently, we only have PROFET LoadGuard (high side switch) having BTG7050-1EPL and BTG7090-1EPL as single channel device with adjustable overcurrent limit. 

Please let me know if not and need more alternatives.
