HI Team,

We are looking for automotive high side switch with below features.

1. VSS - 18V, Load current-2A, PWM - 5KHz, No of channesl - 2

Here we are unable to get the PWM support of devices. Please help us to get the device which is available maximum PWM frequency

As our automotive smart switches are for low frequency applications, no suitable part to recommend for 5kHz.

Is any part supports 1KHz?

This series of products are designed for one time switch, so it is used for low frequency, if PWM is applied, we would recommend to use lower than 300Hz, or for parts even <100Hz, you may refer to the ton/toff time of the part for details.

Any series which supports PWM frequency 1KHz

Here I mean all the high side switch.

Or maybe you can choose gate driver +Mosfet, then the working frequency can be very high.

Please suggest the gate driver MosFET which will suite our requirement. It will help us
