My ECUs drive FAN/WaterPump/OilPump by TLE6228GP.
MCUs output PWM directly to TLE6228GP. Now I find OUT4 channel doesn't output any signal except 0V voltage.
OUT3 is very similar to OUT4, and OUT3 works well. Even if input signal of OUT3 and OUT4 is the same, OUT4 never works!
Now I suspect my TLE6228GPs have a quality defect.
Has anyone else had similar problems? Or is there any engineer who can answer my question?

As this is an automotive grade part kindly contact the local Infineon sales / field applications engineer to directly support you as they will require more details like schematics, software code etc to help them debug.
