I plan to use the BTS7002-1EPP shield with Arduino Uno  to trigger lights in a vehicle. My concern is how to properly ground the shield GND and is the Arduino protected from the high current controlled by the shield? Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.

Regarding the grounding connection for the shield, please refer to the below image:

The recommended value for the resistor connected to the ground is 47ohm. 
The Arduino is safe from the high current controlled by the shield specified within the limits.

Just one question  @Anshika_G  the GND on this schematic is the GND next to OUT4 on the shield?
