I think he/she mis-understood about usage of USB.
For programming firmware, there is no special procedure.
But to run it, switching from CR2032 to USB is required.
And also his/her WICED Sense needed to be recovery.

Not sure I understand. Are you trying to initialize the WICED IDE/Dev Environment to its initial state, or the device itself?
To recover the device, there are instructions in the WICED Smart Quick Start Guide (SDK 2.x and TAG3 Board)
To recover the contents inside of the IDE, you could use the instructions here: How to Import a New SDK into an Existing WICED Smart IDE or try uninstalling then reinstalling?
