Hi BCM supports,
I found another thread talked about the OOB feature:
Is encryption working between hello_client & hello_sensor?
The answered message mention that he use the old code for it, after checking the uploaded hello_sensor.c/hello_client.c from him. I found the files are identical with SDK 2.2.1. So what is the hello_sensor.c looks like? please kindly provide one, thanks.

Currently the OOB works well on my board now. The sample code are the same between these versions of SDK. I am now closing this issue. Thanks all.
For further more discussion, please help to check other thread which is still un-resolved.
Thanks.
