Dear Sir,

We study the IFX ref design about EVAL_3KW_50V_PSU and plan to design daughter card for our power platform.

Some question need you help, thanks!

1. Why net GND_ISO need reference to Neutral? red circle

2. The TTPL is bridgeless,  why need added full bridge to rectifier on input? yellow circle

3. May I know IFX have the SIC MOSFET's TOLL package MP schedule? since we seen Cree's webinar announce TOLL's ref design, but we prefer use IFX solution, since the driver voltage is 0-15V-18V.

4. Can you help us to review schematic and feedback suggestion when schematic is complete.

Q1

A)To operate REL1 related circuit we need a separate signal ground which is to be connected to neutral otherwise it floating ground that circuit will not work

Q2

A)Yes the totem pole bridge less is used to improve the system efficiency will not affect, good EMI, CM voltage will not affect input side, so we can monitor voltage and current hence the seamless control is possible
