Can you please let me know the storage temperature range (MIN~MAX) for OPTIGA TRUST M SLS32AIA? This information is missing from both the ProductBrief and the datasheet.

Hi Team,

We are now developing SLB9673 (package) in our platform  and doing thermal test.

 

Correct me if I am wrong.

In the datasheet shows:

*standard temperature TA range is -40 to 85 degreeC &

*Enhance temperature TA range -40 to 105 degreeC. 

1) Please help to provide PSI JT, normally system design use "PSI JT" to calculate the estimation of Tj(caculated).

     Tj(calculated)=Tc(measured)+PD*PsiJT

2) If Tj(caculated) < 110 degreeC Tj(maximum junction temperature), then it will be safe?

Hi,

Currently, we have 2 TPM chipsets on the 2 board variants (one variant with SLI9670 and another with SLB9672). The recommended TCG lib for SLI9670 is v1.38 while SLB9672 is v1.59.

Now, if the TCB Lib Spec is upgraded to v1.59 for both variants, will it have any impact on the variant running with SLI9670?

Hi, We met a problem when we tested SLB 9672 with eltt2. The eltt2 source code we download from github. Why we got error when we run "eltt2 -r 17"? And How to fix it? Thanks. I have downloaded the CA and intermediate certs (e.g., http://pki.infineon.com/OptigaRsaRootCA/OptigaRsaRootCA.crt) in order to verify the endorsement certs from the Optiga TPMs on our hardware. In order to check these cert files into our source control system, I have to record what license they were distributed under. Is there a license for these PKI data files (somewhere publicly available)? Are the certs considered public domain? Show Less
