Hi,
AN6017, table 1: "Burst of 2 QDR II+/DDR II+ support 333 MHz and Burst of 4 QDR II+/DDR II+ support 550 MHz as highest frequency."
Is this a relevant restriction?

According to the AN6017 the maximum frequency of burst of 2 DDR II+ device is 333 MHz. But it is false, isn't it? For example, CY7C1168KV18 support 550 MHz.

When you look at the datasheet of the CY7C1168KV18 you provided, you will see under "Ordering Information" that the device comes in different speed versions, from 400 MHz up to 550MHz.
