OMS has some questions about CY62157G30-45ZXI.

The Figure 400 is from ST MCU datasheet.

OMS wants to know about CY62157G30-45ZXI the timing relationships.

Take write as an example, which signal corresponds to the start and end of ADDSET and the start and end of DATAST respectively

(For example, does ADDSET start with A[25:0] and end with NWE as L, or start with NE as L and end with NWE as L)

As you know CY62128ELL-45ZXA(Automotive-A) has been discontinued so we are thinking about the replacement of CY62128ELL-45ZXI (Industrial).

What’s the difference between Automotive-A and Industrial ?    Example:  Automotive-A has special testing for automotive etc.

Are both parts used same die ?

We will use CY62137FV18 as 1-Mbit and need to know how A16 pin should handle.

 Does A16 pin pin have pull-up or pull-down resister internally ?

 Otherwise should external pull-up or pull-down resistors be provided for A16 pin ?

There is no mention of 3V for Rev. R in the English version of this datasheet.
