I am using CY62177EV30LL in one of our applications and we would like to use two of these chips for increased memory.

In terms of layout, I am thinking, can we place one on the top layer and one on the bottom layer? We would swap the address and data lines (so that we can connect them through same vias), but because access is random, it should not matter, right?

I am attaching my proposed schematic. Only exception would be I/O11 and I/O15, which cannot be mirrored.

Has anyone here done that and would any of you be able to suggest if there should be any concerns.

Using the memory CY7C1470BV25-167BZXI, I'm looking for some information about the SEU and MBU rate of the memory CY7C1470BV25-167BZXI.

I found a little bit, maybe not at the right place but I did not found any info on the subject. If someone as some data about either test result, cross section, ... I would be interested.

Recently, I made a mistake by buying the AMD RADEON R9 Gamer Series [R9S48G2806U2S] RAM. The bottom line is that various software, like Thaiphoon, cannot determine the memory chips that are in this RAM. I wrote to AMD asking for help. Here is what they answered:

Actually, I wrote Cypress, where AMD sent me.

Cypress, in turn, sent me here to the forum. So I ended up here. Apparently, those who are sitting in customer support are too lazy to spend 15 minutes and look at the specifications in the archive (the more manufacturers of this memory tried to erase meta data). By the way, I thought that sending from office to office and a similar bureaucracy is a trait inherent in Russia, but as it turned out, everyone is sick of it

Please, if you know which chips are used here, let me know. It is important for me for my professional activity.
