about Asynchronous SRAMs NC pin

We have a question about CY62167EV30LL-45BVX* or CY62167G30-45BVX* Is it OK to leave the NC pin(#E3,#H6) floating, connect it to GND, or connect it to VCC?

Hi,

The NC pin has no internal connections with the die. So as per the convenience of the design you can leave it float or connect to GND or VCC.
