        Hi, I will use CY7C1370D in my design. I will use this device at VDD=3.3V / VDDQ=2.5V. Is it needed PowerUp sequence of Vdd and Vddq? I want to use Vddq as 1.8 v, so in this case do I need to use sequencer?

Hi,

       

CY7C1370D part can support 3.3V & 2.5V VDDQ, It can NOT support 1.8V of VDDQ. 

       

There is no power up sequence for our NoBL/Sync srams as long as you start accessing the device after all the power supplies have stabilized.

        Thank you for your reply. (Sorry i was mistaken, I will use vddq=2.5V)
