I use CY7C1470BV 33.
There is a time when it doesn't work, so I want to stop the clock input to reduce the power consumption. Is there any problem?
The MODE pin is fixed "L" and cannot be set to SLEEP MODE.

Hi,

The ZZ pin can put the chip to sleep. You can drive that pin high to put the device to sleep and reduce power consumption. The mode pin only decides if linear or interleaved burst will be used and has no control on this operation. using the ZZ pin is recommended course of action and you can refer to the datasheet for more details on sleep mode. Stopping the clock will not reduce the power consumption. You have to send the device to sleep mode.

Thanks,

Pradipta.
