SBSRAM parameter temperature testing

In the CY7C1380KV33 data sheet which Electrical and Switching parameters are tested at temperature and which are only tested at lab ambient? Are all components subjected to temperature testing or are only a sample per lot, date code... tested at temperature?

Hi @John_Hair,

In the datasheet, it is mentioned that the Electrical and Switching Characteristics were tested over the Operating range. If your device is Industrial, the operating temperature range would be -40 to 85 C, or if your device is commercial, then that would be 0 to 70 C.
