Looking for the SRAM for extension for CY96F6C5RBPMC-GS-UJE1

Hi~

I'm looking for the SRAM part for my customer.

Their requirements are as below

  1. Above 4KByte

  2. Operation Voltage  5V (Minimum 3.3V)

  3.  Communication Interface : I2C or SPI

  4. MCU info : CY96F6C5RBPMC-GS-UJE1  and STM82Fxx

Actually I tried to find in Infineon's website.

But I cannot find suitable one which meets requirements above.
