I need at least 4Mbyte SRam to wire to my board

Hi,

   

i'm a  new user, i need your help for a question.

   

Working with CMOD A7 35T board i have found a problem, the SRAM isn't enough, so i have proposed to add an external SRAM..
We need at least 4MByte SRAM, at first time we want test it using breadboard and later weld it on my board. 

   

Can someone suggest me which is the best SRAM chip for my purposes? And it's easy to comunicate with it using Vivado Xilinx tool?
