Can I
get Address pinmap information for CY7C1643KV18(144Mbit 8Mx18 400MHz Latency 2.0)

I don't know pinmap information as from your datasheet(CY7C1643KV18)

please, help me ^^*

Hi Park,

You can assign the address pins in any order you want. Once a address pin is assigned with a particular address bit, You will Read and Write from the same address. So, it doesn't affect the Read and Write operation. Hence, we do not provide the exact Address(A) pin numbers .

Hence, the user can connect the address pins on their side to any address pins on the SRAM.
