Dual Port SRAM part number suffix

Rochester Electronics has a part number CY7C038V-20AIKJ, does anyone identify the KJ suffix as i have been unable to find a datasheet containing it

Hi,

KJ suffix is for internal marketing use and not applicable to part selection or functionality hence not included in the datasheet as well.
