On-die termination (ODT) in QDRII+ SRAMs doe not impact core power. Hence the Idd current specified in the datasheet for ODT  and non-ODT parts will be the same.

   

This is because the ODT circuit within the device is powered by Vddq(I/O voltage supply) and not Vdd (core voltage supply).

   i want to know the purpose of the ODT . I have the doc of the ODT, i have a doubt that it effect the calibration of the memory .
