Cypress - QDR Memory Model Request

We are trying to Simulate Xilinx Virtex 7 FPGA interfaced with a Cypress QDR(CY7C2663KV18 - 450BZI).

   

We need the memory model file for the above mentioned QDR part number. Where do I download that file?
