I would like to know the status of the output(i/o0-7,i/o8-15) and the operation mode in the following condition(red square).

Hi @NXTY_Nagata,

The combination mentioned by you is invalid because we cannot comment on the mode as both WE# and OE# don't care. These should be at the proper voltage level (H/L) based on the operation performed (read/write). Also, you have made both BLE# and BLH# high, which again does not make sense as you have disabled both the lower byte and upper byte.

If CE=L, regardless of the conditions of OE and WE, in case of BLE=H & BHE=H will result in i/o0-7=Hi-z & i/o8-15=Hi-z?
