Hi,

Currently we dot have a form /fit/function alternate part for the dual port ram. We are not aware of other manufacturers as well. The LTB date was in 2020 which has already passed. In your case you can contact your nearest Infineon Sales office with your requirements. If viable for the Business Unit they might allow to place an order for the above mentioned chips. So please contact our sales/marketing team with your requirements.
