Hello,
I am wondering about the max current consumption on this device. On the datasheet it states a max current consumption on a x36 device operating @250MHz with 50% Read cycle and 50% Write cycle at 1080mA for IDD. We are operating VDD at 1.8V and VDDQ at 1.5V. Does this max current rating take into account the current consumed by the VDDQ supply? If it does how can I find the current consumed only by the VDDQ supply?
