データシート　REV.O(最新) 18ページ目にて値が変更になっていると改定履歴がありますが、これはデータシートの誤記を修正した改訂履歴なのかデバイス自体の性能が変更された履歴なのかどちらでしょうか。

コミュニティに似たような問い合わせがありそこには以下のリンクがありました。

PIN202702の中身を見てみましたがどのデバイスが対象なのか型式がのっていません。
