I would like to check the possibility of using BGS18MA12 Rf switch for an RFID HF 13.56Mhz project.
I would like to use it to attached multiple antennas to a single transceiver and each time select a different antenna.
The issue is that the IC is rated with a minimum frequency of 100Mhz but regardless of this, I want to know if there is any chance that this IC will work in the RFID case?
IF not, is there a similar alternative to the BGS18MA12 that will work for the 13.56MHz band?
I need a power amplifier that will be used in 4G LTE Band 65 (2100-2200 MHz). The power output needed is 1W.
The device will be used in a cubesat so high efficiency is also needed.
Is there any product that you can recommend me for such an application?
Hello everyone, I have encountered a difficult problem. For the BGS18MA12 RFFE device, when using the MIPI1.1 Master for register access, the readback is always 0x00. The trigger power supply, MIPI voltage, and MIPI timing have all been checked. Are there any other possibilities, or does the device require any special registers to be set to perform MIPI reading and writing normally?
I wanted to check what suffix H6327 stand for in part number BAT6405W H6327

We know the BGA525N6 absolute maximum ratings for temperature (-40~-85) , can you tell us the recommended operating temperature conditions, thank you !
I can't see the normal voltage specifications for the enable and bypass inputs on the BGA729N6? There are absolute maximum ratings to limit the applied voltage to between the supply and ground (give or take a protection diode drop), but input levels are just given in terms of logic high or low.
Can someone please tell me the maximum input voltage for a low state (VIL Max), and minimum voltage for a high state (VIH Min), so I can make sure my drive circuit is compatible?
I am trying to solder the BGS14M8U9 onto a PCB with a Pick & Place robot wich also dispenses the Paste. I`m looking for the right volume or mass of paste becaus of its impact on the line impedance
From the datasheet i can see that the stencil pad has a diameter of 0.25 mm but there is no information about the thickness or aspect ratio of the stencil for calculating the volume.
How can i calculate the right amount of solder paste?
Any recommendations or values based on experience?

I want to make a small signal analysis of the BGB707L7ESD. For this s2p files are provided.
In their measurement setup Vbias is decoupled from the RF path. However, in the reference designs of the design guide the Vbias pin is part of the RF matching.
So in order to make a proper simulation one would need a s1p file for that pin or some SPICE model. However, this is not offered by Infineon.
How should I proceed?
I am working on my master thesis project developing a high frequency (<3 GHz) photodiode amplifier, and was wondering if someone could supply me with the PCB design files of any of the BFP dev boards. Unfortunately, distributors don't seem to have them in-stock, and I am planning to use it as a template to give me a head start and save me some time.
