TOF sensor IRS1645C and IRS2381C

What is the difference between IRS1645C and IRS2381C?
 
Can you also email me up the datasheet and any reference designs you might have for both?

Hello,

IRS1645C is 850nm Wavelength used for Robotics Applications.
IRS2381C is 940nm Wavelength used for Smartphones and Mobile device Applications.
