Sensor for people count application

Hi 

We are looking for sensor for people counting application. Please suggest us which solution is good i.e 3D TOF based sensor or radar sensor (60GHz)

Sensor module requirement

1. Sensor module should support image sensing and built in data processing algorithm
2. External interface: SPI/ USB
3. Range (Distance): Above 10 meters
4. FOV: Above 90 degree

BGT60TR13C will be suitable for people counting application, please through the Shield and Demo board product page for further details.

According to your requirements:

1. There are several data processing algorithms supported by BGT60TR13C, which you may find in Radar Development kit, with all the related documents and support required in terms of hardware and software
2. Yes, the MMIC provides SPI/USB communication 
3. Maximum detection range is up to 15m (front facing)
4. FOV (HPBW) is 90 degree
