I'd like to know the input capacitance of BGT24MTR11.

Actually, I'm trying to make PLL Block for operating BGT24MTR11, so it's necessary to design Loop filter.

Could you let me know input capacitance of BGT24MTR11(Especially, VCO input Capacitance)

Please confirm the product you are referring to, is it BGT24MTR11 or BGT24LTR11?

BGT24MTR11 is used in implementing board Demo Distance2Go, the radar techniques used on the board are Continuous Wave (CW/Doppler) radar for velocity estimation and FMCW for distance measurements. While, BGT24LTR11 focuses on Pulsed Doppler implementation. You can read more on both at BGT24MTR11 and BGT24LTR11
