The BGT60TR13C's ADC collector outputs unsigned numbers. In the data sheet, the ADC output value is a 12-bit unsigned number, ranging from 0 to 4095. If you need to convert this number to a voltage value, you can use the following formula:

V = (ADC_output/ 4095) * VBAT

Among them, ADC_output is the ADC output value, and VBAT is the chip supply voltage. This formula will output a voltage value corresponding to the ADC output value, in volts (V).
