I want the IC to work with the PLL without using the PTAT function.

In that case, please tell me how to deal with unused terminal pins (open, short to GND).

・VCC_PTAT(16pin): GND short

・V_PTAT(15pin):open?

Hello @HS1234 ,

Right, you can do the following. V_PTAT can be left open as it is usually input for the MCU.

  • VCC_PTAT(16 pin): GND
  • V_PTAT(15 pin): OPEN

Thank you,

Siddharth.
