The TX output power of BGT24LTR11N16 is 2dBm(Min)/6dBm(Typ)/10dBm(Max).  The Tx output power of  BGT24LTR11N16 isn't able to change like BGT24MTR11. Are there any reference design to control the TX output power of BGT24LTR11N16?

Background: It is difficult to use BGT24LTR11N16 as is because ARIBSTD-T73 (Japanese regulation) stipulates as follows.

Tolerance of antenna power
The tolerance of the antenna power, which is the maximum permissible tolerance from the
designated or fixed antenna power, shall be +50% in the upper limit and -50% in the lower limit.

Hi @h_nakamura ,

First of all, you are right, TX output power can not be adjusted at LTR11.

The limits we give in the datasheet cover the single specifications over production variation, specified temperature range and specified supply voltage range. Plus adding some margin to be safe.

This means that it is not possible to select the upper or lower 50%.

As an example: At 40°C and 3.4V TX output power would be in the upper 50%.

Alternatively I would suggest to use BGT24LTR22.
It has a typical maximum output power of 5dBm. This output power can be reduced stepwise in a range of 27dB.

Regards,

Anand
