BGT24LTR11N16 IFI waveform abnormalities

The customer is designing a bicycle radar light product. The reference is the Distance2GoL circuit design. IFI waveform does not have pulse waveform like EVM, it is always high level. As shown in the figure((Yellow VTUNE, Blue IFI)  1: Blue IFI is not powered down like the development board), the measurement is done on the front end of the op-amp. What is the reason for this?
