Transistor selection

Hello 

I'm looking for a transistor to be used for RF amplification, at the single frequency of 2GHz.

The requirements are ~15dB gain, and 15-18 OP1dB. 

my preference is to use high Vce (up to 10V) and lower current (15mA max) 

Can you please recommend on a part?

Hi @Izik ,

You may not be able to match all the specs as it is, but depending on which specification you are willing to relax, you may use one of the transistors in the BFP/ BFR series.
