Test setup of the surge testing of DSL70E6327HTSA1

Hi,

Hope you are doing well !!

We are going to use DSL70E6327HTSA1 in our design of IO Controller.

We would like to see a surge test performed on DIO pins and make sure the added TVS diodes would provide enough protection against surges.
This is very critical to verify the field failures and this needs to be added on test plans.

Can you please share documentation related to test setup of the surge testing ?

Sorry, Infineon does not provide such documentation.

It is recommended that you consult relevant documents of IEC61000 standard:

IEC61000-4-2 (ESD)
IEC61000-4-4 (EFT)
IEC61000-4-5 (Surge)
