Hi
I want to build a simple custom receiver (60 - 120 MHz).
I want to use a simple transistor as an amplifier for the RF (It is placed after a band pass filter).
How do I ensure that the transistor has a linear response with minimal noise? Do I have to use some special transistors or type of transistors? (NPN, PNP, MOSFET, JFET, etc?)

Hello @BillyAkinbredal ,
As per your requirement I would suggest you to go through the following categories of RF Transistors : Low Noise and High Linearity from Infineon.
Best Regards,
Honey
