Please refer to the application notes which explains circuit designs closer to your required frequency as a starting point.

I would suggest to go with a RF transistor with ft more than 1GHz and the least noise figure that satisfy the design requirement.

Also refer the application notes to find the design guides, which may suit your requirement.

In transistor common emitter mode as an amplifier is preferred over common base mode.

Thank you for your reply.  I want the amplifier to have a very small input resistance. It is used for SIPM.
