BFP196 available as bare die?

I need a medium power RF transistor in die form for a high volume hybrid amplifier application. Are parts such as BFP196, BFQ19S or BFR106 available unpackaged?

The Infineon Hi-Rel teams sells bare die but it is intended for rad tolerance space applications and if pretty expensive. Is this a space application?

It's a Class B hybrid microcircuit for Hi-Rel airborne application, but not rad hard (Class S) space.
