USB-Serial configuration Utility freezes

 Hi guys,

       

While following instructions here-> http://www.cypress.com/?id=4&rID=96172 i found that when I connect USB device, this utility freezes and when I disconnect the device it will resume working. 

       

Because of this I can't complete the process given in that link.

       

Can anyone please suggest what can be done?

 Hi ,

   

Please share the .INF File you modified and the USB Serial configuration file (.cyusb) from the Configuration Utility .

   

We need to test at our end to identify the cause for the freeze.
