Infineon's TLE9012DQU is a multi channel battery monitoring and balancing IC for various lithium-ion battery applications, with integral functions like voltage and temperature measurement, cell balancing, and isolated communication with the main battery controller, including self-diagnosis features. The TLE9015DQU iso UART Transceiver IC is used in battery systems for enabling the communication between the main microcontroller and multiple TLE9012DQU units in a daisy-chain configuration. This forum welcomes discussions, queries, and insights on battery management systems and devices.

Hi,
I need to send data through GPIF2 interface. For every 16KB of data i need to add header to it and send it through the P-Port.
Fx3 is used as a master and 32 bit GPIF2 interface is designed.
Example code used : AN87216 - Designing a GPIF2 Master Interface.
I was able to add header at the beginning but not able to add header at every 16KB of data?
What are the procedures to be followed for having the callback triggered for every 16KB of data sent?
Show LessHi,
When the CX3 is connected to Ubuntu 18.04 OS which is using kernel 4.16.2-041602-generic means its getting detected as two /dev/video devices.
kernel 4.13.0-26-generic one /dev/video device as expected
kernel 4.16.2-041602-generic two /dev/video devices !!!
We have loaded the cx3_examples project "cycx3_uvc_ov5640". Is anyone seeing similar kind of issue ?
Thanks & Regards,
Shanthakumar
Show LessHello, I recently purchased the CY8C3866PVI-021 and am having trouble getting it programmed. I have the miniprog3 programmer and I made a little developer board for the chip in eagle using the recommended circuit on the datasheet, but every time I try and program the chip I get a yellow triangle that shows up next to the chip after it is identified and I receive the following error on attempted programming "Error "Unable to acquire target device PSoC 3 CY8C3866PV*-021: Unable to read memory, Debug Enable is not set. Click Port Acquire to reset the chip and enable debug." was received while trying to change the selected target." I believe this to be some sort of communication issue. I previously had this chip on an SMD to DIP adapter and wired on a breadboard and I was able to get passed this error, but it erred once it started programming it missed an ACK bit and failed to program. The reason I made this board was because I suspected a communication issue, so I put all the recommended capacitance's and minimal trace distances, but now I'm stuck on the first error I had and cant even get to the programming part. What am I doing wrong here?
Show LessI have an XMC 1404 connected to a SD card via the SPI bus.
I'm using the standard FATFS App with the default main and configurations as described in the FATFS help documentation.
I've upgraded the SDMMC_BLOCK app from version "4.0.22" to version "4.3.22" and the code no longer compiles.
the lines:
#if (UC_SERIES != XMC45)
XMC_SDMMC_SetWriteProtectionSource(XMC_SDMMC, XMC_SDMMC_WP_SOURCE_SW);
XMC_SDMMC_SetWriteProtectionStatus(XMC_SDMMC, XMC_SDMMC_WP_STATUS_NO_WRITE_PROTECTION);
#endif
have been adde to "sdmmc_block_conf.c".
If I remove them then the code compiles as normal, however each time I generate the code they get added back in again.
What am I doing wrong?
Cheers,

Hi,
following a former question, I'd like to know if there is some register(s) to check whether the CSI clock from sensor is correct for CX3 or not. For now we have programmed an 300 MHz clock, and I made a screen copy of what we get at oscilloscope for one of the differential clock signal. Frequency is respected and the other differential lane clock is as expected.
However I get no feedback from dma nor for LV and FV test signals (available).
If I dump the result from CyU3PMipicsiGetErrors function, here is what we get also when we comute AppStart/AppStop.
Would it be possible to have more information regarding these errors ?
Best Regards.
Show LessDear
I have a design with embedded board ( EFUS) with Linux , together with a CY8C24894-24LTXI.
On the cypress is connected a CTS keyboard ( touch detection of keys) .
When the board is running , i have on the inputs unwanted signals ( even if my keyboard is disconnected). ( see picture fig004)
Under the cypress, there is no plane and no high speed signal around
Also the power on the cypress is clean
It seems there is direct radiation into the cypress.
Any suggestion?
Greetings
Stéphane
Show LessHI,
I have defined an another endpoint 2 in fx2lp slave fifo firmware with OUT,4x ,Bulk (register settings -> EP2CFG = 0xA0;)
if i click transferout button times,bulk out transfer is successfull.if i click transferout button more than 4 times,its giving 997 error.
if i change register setting as EP2CFG = 0xA2; that is OUT,2x,bulk and if i click transferout button more than 2 times,its giving 997 error,first two times request is working.whats the issue.
regards,
geetha.
Show LessHello,
I wanted to ask if it is possible to listen to a certain channel without beeing in a connection or receiving an advertising package?
I want to get the noise on this channel with the RSSI.
Thank you in advance
