Infineon's TLE9012DQU is a multi channel battery monitoring and balancing IC for various lithium-ion battery applications, with integral functions like voltage and temperature measurement, cell balancing, and isolated communication with the main battery controller, including self-diagnosis features. The TLE9015DQU iso UART Transceiver IC is used in battery systems for enabling the communication between the main microcontroller and multiple TLE9012DQU units in a daisy-chain configuration. This forum welcomes discussions, queries, and insights on battery management systems and devices.

As mentioned in the title, I use Control Center on PC to recongnize CYUSB3014-BZXI device on PCBA and that's OK.
Here Control Center is in Cypress's suite for FX3 device.
However, when I power off my PCBA and PC, or just power off PCBA, Control Center occasionally shows no device after power on. On this circumstance, I could only unplug USB3.0 wire and plug it again, and it's OK again.
Add: PC's OS is win10.
It's not OK as follow:
Next it's OK after re-plug.

Hello everyone! I have some questions about tle9879 driver bldc, pwm frequency selection, and would like to get answers.
For the same motor, the motor inductance parameter is measured and the results are measured:
Frequency 1khz ------Ls-900uH Lr-0.8Ω
Frequency 10khz ------Ls-880uH Lr-5.4Ω
Frequency 15khz ------Ls-850uH Lr-10.2Ω
Frequency 20khz ------Ls-830uH Lr-16.1Ω
If you look at it according to impedance, the lower the frequency, the lower the impedance, then the greater the output capability of the motor; conversely, if the frequency is high and the impedance is high, then the output capability will be reduced.
But the actual test to see, the results are not so, ccu6- >T12 is also on the pwm setting frequency 10hkz when the carry capacity is very weak, a little bit of load may be held back; and 20khz than 10khz carry capacity is much stronger. Here may have something to do with the renewal current, but exactly what is not understand.
Anyone who understands the relationship between frequency and torque would be grateful for an answer!

Show LessHello,
I'm using WICED STUDIO 6.6. and CYW943907AEVAL1F.
I write a code that create some threads and these threads call malloc (and obviously subsequent free).
My problem is that after time during execution (this time is random) malloc returns me NULL
and the processor resets.
I checked so many times if malloc is followed by properly by a free and I found a correctly use.
I have the dubt that malloc is not thread safe: I mean that if I call a malloc in a thread and another thread is executing a malloc this can lead a crash.
Can someone help me ?
Show LessHello,
I open this issue to fix the problem previously explained here:
https://community.infineon.com/t5/XMC/XMC-usic-end-of-transmission/m-p/670732#M14418
as per requested, I attach the project I am using.
Best regards,

Hello Team,
I am LG India team,
we are using I2C driver provided by Infineon team to LG Korea team,
in I2C driver, Cy_SCB_I2C_SlaveGetReadTransferCount( ) is available which Returns the number of bytes read by the slave since the last time Cy_SCB_I2C_SlaveConfigReadBuf() is called.
we calling this function before Cy_SCB_I2C_SlaveConfigReadBuf().
but we found its not reading correct values.
could you test once share procedure to use.
Hi guys, I use the new iMOTION solution design, but before I've used the old MCE designer and wizard to program my motors and fans. Recently I want to move to the new application iMOTION. I config the wizard first, build the program, connect and programming my fan. Then I go to dashboard and verify if my parameters are correct. In this moment my problems begin: if I don't increase Vd and Vq the fan never moves, but even the application tell me that this two are variable that are not saved in my wizard, so how can I run my fan without entering the dashboard? Plus, in the old MCE designer when I finish to programming my board and detach my infineon, the board works on it's own. So, what's the metter with the new application? I'm missing something? I have to do something after the programmer?
Thanks in advice

I would like to build a trigger control for a youtube maker project , using the TLE493D-W2B6
I have an TLE493DW2B6 shield2go board, and I connected it to the Arduino
I installed the library TLE493D
I copied the DrillTrigger_SpeedAsNumber example
connected the sensor to the ARduino UNO R3 I2C pins (checked with the oscilloscope I can see SCL adn SDA moving correctly)
Connected the VDD pin of the board to 3V3 and the GND to GND
but all I can read are always the same number (see screenhsot below)
even if I put a magnet on the top of the sensor:
am I missing something?
thanks
Fabio

Hello,
As you can see in the attached document, “Bidirectional CLLC” is mentioned. I wonder that could you please send me the PLECS file OR could you please send me the document that shows how I can control CLLC when it is on the "forward and reverse mode conditions"?
Regards,
Mehmet
