Thank you always.
Let me confirm one point regarding 1200V discrete SiC.
【question】
Is it possible to receive FBSOA for IMZA120R030M1H and IMZA120R040M1H?
Is it my understanding that the reason why it is not mentioned in the data sheet is because it is assumed that the application being considered will be used in a circuit that mainly performs switching?
There is a description of FBSOA in 650V withstand voltage discrete SiC, but if there is a reason why it is not written in 1200V withstand voltage, please let me know.

Show LessHi,
I am using TLE9104SH as a low-side switch. I want to control it with IN1,2,3,4, not from SPI. According to the datasheet, for enabling the output and disenabling the watchdog I have to write device registers, so can I receive an example code for my application?
Regards.
Show LessHi,
I am trying to use a USB to UART converter, connecting it to TX/RX 0 and program the imc102T with the MCEDesigner.
Normally, i can do it without a problem when the parameters are not in the imc102t. But after programing the firmware parameters, if i try to program it again, it gives the following error:
To program again i need to follow this instructions,Solved: imc102 i motion link communication problem - Infineon Developer Community, to get this message to program parameters file:
1 - Someone has a clue why this is happening? and how can i solve it?
2 - Is the Debugger in the board doing something more to download the firmware and parameters?
Thanks,
Paulo
Show LessThis is about the gate driver of 2ED2181S06F.
This is an existing product with a built-in bootstrap diode, but does it also have a limiting resistor built into the bootstrap diode path?
I checked the datasheet, but I couldn't understand it. If there is a built-in bootstrap resistor, why does it have a wide range of 15Ω at minimum to 45Ω at maximum as stated in the data sheet?
f anyone knows the details, please respond.

Hello,
I am trying to study the 1k6W PSU Link .
I am unable to understand the connections of Oring MOSFET gate driver (secondary side), specifically "VCC2" and "GND2"
The VCC2 pin is connected to 12V flyback auxiliary net "Oring VDD2" and the net "Oring VDD" of LLC transformer through a Schottky diode and the GND2 pin is connected to net "12Voring".
First of all, I want to know, what is the need for diodes "D8" and "D17"? Please clarify.
Also, kindly specify why an isolated gate driver 1EDI20N12AF is required for Oring MOSFETs, whereas a non-isolated gate-driver 2EDN7524F is used for Synchronous MOSFETs.
Please find the reference image attached.

i am reading the datasheet of TLE9183.and there is some description about crc3 in page 22 :
The CRC generator polynomial is x^3+x^1+1.The seed value is '101',hence the start value results in '100'
I have some questions:
①Is my calculation of start value correct?101 adds three zeros in the tails, and that is 101000.101000 divided by 1011(polynomial)and the remainder is 100,as start value.
②since we get the start value. How to calculate the crc for the original data ,bit by bit.
I would be very grateful if I could receive detailed guidance.

Hello
Does Infineon have any solution for IEC-1000-4-6 (not IEC 1000-4-5)) who applies RF (150K~8M)stress
which is current injection ?
Customer says TVS is not valid for this ( current- type noise), and customer's product is small for using Big-size
choke coil...
Please advise.
Thank you for your cooperation

I am trying to program IRPS5401 via i2c. I believe I followed the Rocky programming guide, apart from the VOUT register, effectively changed its configuration CAN... I attached a screenshot of the difference between the registers and the registers in memory in the file. I program everything through i2c as stated in the manual, but am I missing any steps to allow VOUT changes?
Thank you very much.
Show LessHello friend
Is there a code example for TLF30682QVS01? I use Aurix dev studio with Ava board [24V Car Gateway]. In MyICP, the code provided in the folder [ADS_AG_24V_LWIP_HTTPD_V1.0.1] does not contain the source for this toggle PS. If WD is included that needs to be serviced, otherwise the MCU is reset.
For other products, such as TLE94, there is a configuration wizard that allows you to generate code. But TLF30682QVS01 is not good?
Thank you
