When simulating this topology above, Q1 and Q4 select a half-bridge IGBT, Q2 and Q3 select a half-bridge IGBT, and dual switch is selected in the circuit configuration, but there is no content inside the IGBT list, as shown below:

Do any of you know what's causing this? Or am I setting something up wrong? Thanks!

TLF35584Q is a commonly used SBC , which frequently is combined with AURIX processors.

But I could not find a reference manual regarding configuration via SPI.

We are using ICE3PCS01G PFC controller in our application. 

As per datasheet BOP pin voltage at input (P-N) 100Vrms should be >1.25V (PWM start to generate). BOP pin voltage is half of 1.25V (around 650mV). 

As per attachment let us know what is the use of D4 and how waveform looks at D4,D5 cathode point?

I am using IR Power Center (Lite version) to program 3 IRPS5401 devices. The first one is easy as the other two depend on it being active to come online. When I program it is properly programs as a I2C address of 0x13. However, the next one is supposed to 0x14 via the resistor and comes up as 0x14 but despite my best efforts programmed as 0x10. On the last board the third one programmed as 0x10 as well giving me two devices with the same I2C address instead of 0x15 and now I cannot reprogram that board. The second attempt I still got  0x10 despite setting the offset in the wizard. In addition, I checked the pcd file and the offset is correct. The 0x10 isn't a issue except if I program the third one, I am screwed again.  Why is the address offset not persistent? 

On a separate item, one supply is set to 2.50 VDC but I only measure 1.25 and the PMB showed 2.5. I mean, this is bizzare. 

I am designing the BEC power of an ESC for a drone application.
Design parameters are as follows:

Input voltage: 3S-6S LiPO (11,1V-22,2V)

BEC (switch- mode): 5V-8V Adjustable (Step: 0.1V), 7A/18A Cont./Peak.

Does Infineon have a solution for BEC power? If so, please suggest me a solution that meets the above parameters.
